MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY

SecureTech extends the following one-year limited warranty for the MP-A, MP-V, MP-Combo Retention systems:

SecureTech warrants for a period one-year from the date of purchase that its Retention system is free from defects in workmanship, under normal use as as the individual product was intended. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, improper installation or ordinary wear and tear. Retention system must be used with cam buckle straps only.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO THE SAME DURATION OF TIME AS THE EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY ABLE STATED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. ORIGINAL OWNER SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER FROM SECURETECH ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF PROFITS OR INCOME OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES TO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 

This is a limited warranty and it is the only warranty on the SecureTech Retention system products. There is not other express agreement between SecureTech and the original owner of a Retention system product. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
